Our small Bed & Breakfast consists of just one spacious room in a self contained annex, separate from the rest of the house, for your privacy. The room includes:
- A double bed & single bed
- An ensuite bathroom with bath and over-bath shower
- Small seating area with a flat screen television and DVD
- A continental breakfast is provided in the room
- Complimentary hospitality tray with a selection of teas & coffees
- A fridge and microwave in the room
- Trouser press, hairdryer and Ironing facilities
- Laundry service available
- Secluded, off-street parking for visitors to use
- Keys are provided to guests who are welcome to come and go as they please. The room has its own separate entrance and is private from the rest of the house.

Double/Twin £55
- Prices are for the room and include continental breakfast which is provided in your room.
- VAT is not applicable.
- Payment is by cash and cheque only.
